Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • The product differs significantly from the description provided on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Made-to-order 3D printed products created according to customer specifications.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items reported after the return eligibility period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Upon approval, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund
  • Another suitable resolution at our discretion

Refunds

Order Cancellations

Standard Products

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Customized or Personalized Products

Once production has started, customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If a replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, replacement shipping costs will be borne by Maruthi 3D Studio.
