Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. Availability of shipping services may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner coverage.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–9 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number, where applicable.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays and festivals

Maruthi 3D Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting images.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification. We will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Customized and personalized products may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated production timelines will be communicated during the ordering process where applicable.
